Hockey Tournament Details
Date: Saturday, September 10, 2011
Time: Registration begins at 9 AM and the tournament starts at 10 AM
Location: ClearView Church parking lot

The registration deadline is Wednesday, August 31, 2011.

The ball hockey tournament will be round-robin style, with each team playing 3 games throughout the day.

Tournament Cost
The cost for entering the tournament is $25 per person. All proceeds go to World Vision Canada.

Team Members
Each team must have a minimum of 3 players, plus 1 goalie.
The maximum number of players per team in 6, not including the 1 goalie.

Age groups
Group #1: Under 12 years old
Group #2: ages 12 - 16 years old
Group #3: 17 years & older 

Register for the tournament
Registering for the tournament is easy! Just send us an email at h4a@clearviewchurch.com. Be sure to include the team captain's name and contact information (phone number and email), along with your team name and age group.

Safety
For ages 16 and under, a CSA approved hockey helmet and mask with shield in strongly recommended. Goalies are strongly encouraged to wear protective knee pads and helmets.

In addition, all participants will be required to sign a waiver form prior to playing in their first game.

Rules
